After-Sales
Returns & Warranty
Evokomoribi enforces 100% final inspection on all outgoing orders and maintains an outgoing defect rate below 0.1%. When a verified manufacturing defect is identified, we resolve it through replacement units, production credit, or partial refund — typically within the Buyer's next scheduled order cycle.

1. Scope
This policy applies to all B2B purchase orders placed with Evokomoribi (Dongguan) Technology Co., Ltd.. It covers manufacturing defects discovered upon receipt of goods. It does not apply to end-consumer complaints or warranty claims arising from the Buyer's own resale channel — those remain the Buyer's responsibility under their own consumer-facing return policy.
2. Incoming Inspection Obligation
Buyers are required to conduct an incoming quality inspection within 30 calendar days of delivery. Defect claims submitted after this window will not be accepted unless the defect is latent (not detectable during normal incoming inspection and only manifested during end-consumer use).
Recommended incoming inspection method: AQL 2.5 sampling (ISO 2859-1), covering visual inspection, power-on function test, motor strength check, and charging verification. Evokomoribi can provide our internal QC checklist as a reference.
3. What Qualifies as a Defect Claim
The following are covered manufacturing defects:
- Non-functional unit upon first power-on (dead on arrival)
- Motor failure or abnormal vibration noise under normal operating conditions
- Charging port malfunction attributable to PCBA assembly
- Silicone surface delamination, visible seam separation, or material tears not caused by misuse
- Incorrect product shipped (wrong SKU, wrong color, wrong spec vs. confirmed PO)
- Incorrect packaging (wrong logo, wrong artwork, wrong language insert) vs. approved proof
- IPX5 waterproofing failure when tested per IEC 60529 under standard conditions
4. What Is Not Covered
- Physical damage caused by improper handling, storage, or use by the Buyer or their customers
- Battery capacity degradation from improper charging habits (overcharging, non-supplied cables)
- Damage sustained after the FOB handover point — including carrier handling, customs inspection, and warehousing
- Minor cosmetic variations (color shade within tolerance, slight texture variation) that do not affect product function
- Defects resulting from the Buyer modifying the product or its components after delivery
- Claims based on end-consumer preference rather than product performance failure
- Claims submitted more than 30 days after confirmed delivery (except latent defects)
5. Defect Rate Threshold
Evokomoribi's outgoing defect rate target is below 0.1%. A defect claim is formally accepted when the verified defect rate in a batch exceeds 0.5% of shipped units (or when incorrect goods are shipped regardless of quantity). For batches with a defect rate between 0.1% and 0.5%, Evokomoribi may offer a goodwill remedy at its discretion. Individual defective units below this threshold are handled case-by-case.
6. How to File a Defect Claim
Submit a claim to info@evokomoribi.com with the subject line “Defect Claim — [Your PO Number]” and include:
- Purchase order number and shipment date
- Total units received and number of defective units
- Clear photos or video of each defect type (one sample per defect category is sufficient)
- Batch number or production date code from the product label
- Brief description of the defect and how it was discovered
We will acknowledge your claim within 3 business days and provide our assessment within 7 business days of receiving complete documentation.
7. Resolution Options
Upon confirming a valid defect claim, Evokomoribi offers the following resolutions (at our discretion based on the defect nature and volume):
Replacement units
Defective units replaced at no cost and included with the Buyer's next scheduled order to minimize additional freight cost.
Production credit
Credit note issued against the Buyer's next order, valued at the unit cost of confirmed defective units.
Partial refund
Available in cases where replacement or credit is not practical (e.g., one-time orders with no planned repeat). Processed via T/T to the Buyer's bank account within 14 business days of resolution agreement.
Evokomoribi does not accept physical returns of goods from destination countries unless specifically agreed in writing. Arranging a return shipment from overseas creates significant cost and customs complexity that typically exceeds the value of the claim.
