1. Incoterms & Shipping Point

All orders are shipped on FOB (Free On Board) terms from Shenzhen or Guangzhou, China, unless otherwise agreed in the manufacturing contract. Evokomoribi is not a licensed freight forwarder and does not assume freight agent obligations beyond the FOB point.

2. Carrier Options & Transit Times

Transit times are estimates from departure at Shenzhen/Guangzhou and exclude production lead time, weekends, and public holidays. Customs clearance time at the destination is not included.

3. Production Lead Times

The following production timelines apply before goods are ready for shipment. Lead time begins after deposit payment clears.

• Catalog OEM (logo + packaging): 15–25 business days
• Modified catalog ODM (color, motor, layout change): 20–30 business days
• New mold full custom OEM: 45–70 business days (includes mold fabrication)
• Sample production (no customization): 3–5 business days
• Sample production (custom spec): 7–15 business days

4. Export Documentation

The following documents are included as standard with every B2B shipment:

• Commercial Invoice (in USD, English)
• Packing List (carton quantities, weights, dimensions)
• Certificate of Origin (Form A or standard CO for the destination market)
• CE Declaration of Conformity
• RoHS Compliance Certificate
• MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) for all materials
• FCC certification (BLE models only)
• IPX5 waterproof test report (on request)

Additional documents required for specific channels (Amazon, Walmart, UKCA, AU regulatory) can be prepared upon request. Advise us at the quotation stage.

5. Discreet Packaging

All B2B shipments use plain outer cartons with no product imagery, brand names, or adult content on the exterior. The sender name on the airway bill or bill of lading reads “Evokomoribi (Dongguan) Technology Co., Ltd.” or a neutral trade name at the Buyer's request. Inner retail packaging (boxes, sleeves, inserts) is produced per the Buyer's approved artwork and is separate from the outer shipping carton. Discreet shipping is applied by default — no opt-in required.

6. Customs & Import Duties

• The Buyer is solely responsible for import duties, VAT, taxes, and customs clearance fees at the destination.
• Evokomoribi provides accurate HS codes and product descriptions for customs declarations. We do not undervalue shipments or falsify customs documentation.
• For Amazon FBA shipments: we apply FNSKU labels, poly-bag suffocation warnings, and carton labels per Amazon's current prep requirements. Advise us at order confirmation.
• If a shipment is held by customs due to documentation issues, Evokomoribi will provide additional documentation at no cost. Customs fines or re-export costs are the Buyer's responsibility.

7. Freight Forwarder Coordination

Buyers are encouraged to nominate their own freight forwarder for FOB shipments. If you do not have an established forwarder, Evokomoribi can recommend vetted partners in Shenzhen and Guangzhou with experience in adult wellness product export. Forwarder referrals are provided without commission and are at the Buyer's discretion.
